Position: Pugeesee Tournament Coordinator Wage: $350/Day
Date: July 25th – 27th
Role:
- Creating tournament board from registration papers
- Run and operate Pugeesee tournament starting on July 25th and ending July 27th
- Enforce rules created by community
- Ensure all needed equipment is available
- Once tournament board is made run a few games on Friday July 25th to start the tournament
- Ensure tournament starts by 10am Saturday and Sunday July 26th-27th
Responsibilities:
- Finding drummers
- Finding judges
- Ensure games are keeping on schedule to finish on July 27th
- Set-up and Clean Pugeesee site before tournament start
- Tear-down and Clean Pugeesee site after tournament end
- Track winners and losers of each game on tournament board
- Starting and ending tournament each day
