About the Role
The Housing Manager plays an important role in supporting West Moberly First Nations by leading the delivery and administration of the housing program in alignment with community policies and regulatory requirements. This position guides housing construction, renovations, repairs, and ongoing maintenance, while managing rental and mortgage administration and ensuring the effective care of housing assets. Working collaboratively with external partners and internal teams, the Manager supports the implementation of funding agreements and reporting requirements, while ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. The role also provides leadership and guidance to staff, fosters a respectful and supportive work environment, and keeps Chief and Council informed on housing priorities, needs, and emerging pressures.
This is a full-time in-person position requiring the successful candidate to be located at the lake, in Chetwynd or Hudson Hope areas. This position is scheduled for 35 hours per week and has a starting salary between $83,000-$100,000 per year. In addition, there is a robust RPP program, a comprehensive benefits package, and, if needed, a relocation package.
