The West Moberly First Nations is located 32 kms northwest of Chetwynd, BC, at the west end of Moberly Lake. The area is surrounded by lakes, rivers, and mountains. Location of position:
This is an onsite role at the Band office at 7434 W Moberly Lake Rd, Moberly Lake, BC V0C 1X0.
About the position
The Community Wellness Navigator provides assessment, liaison support and social development planning for the community. They will plan and consult with clients, families, and appropriate agencies and resources, as well as prepares the client and family to manage client needs, and/or life situations, including emotional, mental, addictions and child protection.
