WMFN 2025-26 Snow Removal Contract

The successful contractor should provide all necessary equipment (e.g., skid steer, snowplow, sander, etc.), fuel and lubricants, WCB coverage and Certified General Liability insurance to be able to provide this service.

The successful contractor should be available as needed during any snowfall event whenever there is an accumulation of 3” of snow or more during this winter season; and ensure that commercial building parking lots are cleaned prior to 8:00 AM local time for every business day (Mon -Thurs 8:00AM-4:30PM and alternate Fridays 8:00AM-2:30PM) and ensure that only driveways are cleared at residential addresses.

WMFN shall provide regular road sanding within the WMFN Community during normal business hours. WMFN shall provide winter sand at the sand bunk for the Contractor to access should the driveways require sanding during snow removal and sanding operations.

The WMFN Ranch is responsible for grading the main road (West Moberly Rd.) and access roads (Heritage Rd., Cryingman Rd., Brown Rd., Miksu Rd. and Water Treatment Plant Rd.). The Ranch’s grader operator will communicate with the contractor as to when they are grading so that the contractor can coordinate their activities to ensure that the driveways are not plowed in, and the residents have safe and easy access to the roads.
