About the Role
Are you passionate about preserving and promoting the language, culture, heritage, and wellness of West Moberly First Nations? Join our team as a Desjarlais Family Representative, where you will play a key role in fostering cultural connections, supporting traditional practices, and building impactful programs and services. As part of a dynamic committee of four Family Representatives, you’ll work closely with Elders, community members, and various West Moberly First Nations departments to celebrate and revitalize the vibrant traditions of the Nation. This is more than a role, it’s an opportunity to honor the past, enrich the present, and inspire the future.
This is a full-time in-person position requiring the successful candidate to be located at the lake, in Chetwynd or Hudson Hope areas and will need to be a member of the West Moberly First Nation. This position is scheduled for 35 hours per week and has an hourly wage between $31-37. In addition, there is a robust RPP program, a comprehensive benefits package, and, if needed, a relocation package.
